Custom: Promise-Reprise

Custom Naruto OC for =Promise-Reprise!
Kind of a test0run to test my abilities on how well I can do customs. I think it came out pretty decent.
Oh, and her clan symbol is to go on the front, center of her skirt, but I didn''t have her clan symbol, sooo... >3>;;
And I do think that the barettes can be switched between brown and gold. Gold kind of blends into the hair. >:/
